Lobster Community Supported Fishery
Yankee Fisherman’s Cooperative (YFC) is offering shares for lobster this Summer! As a participant in the community supported fishery, you will be supporting the NH commercial fishing industry and a sustainably harvested resource. Your lobster will also carry the NH Fresh and Local brand which ensures that it was landed in NH and is the freshest available.
WHAT YOU WILL GET
• An 8-week subscription to the Summer CSF (August 3rd – September 25th)
WHAT YOUR CHOICES ARE
• HALF share of NH Lobster (culls): 5 lbs per week for $180 that’s $4.50/lb
• FULL share of NH Lobster (culls): 10 lbs per week for $360
• HALF share of NH Lobster (1.25lb size): 5 lbs per week for $220 that’s $5.50/lb
• FULL share of NH Lobster (1.25lb size): 10 lbs per week for $440
