The Kneading Conference & Artisan Bread Fair, July 26 – 28

The 6th Annual Kneading Conference takes place Thursday, July 26th, to Friday, July 27th in Skowhegan, Maine, with Ben Hewitt and William Alexander appearing as this year’s Keynote Speakers; preregistration and prepayment are required. Following the conference, the Artisan Bread Fair takes place on Saturday, July 28th, and is free and open to the public.

The Kneading Conference brings together novice and professional bakers, grain farmers and millers, researchers, wood-fired oven enthusiasts and lovers of handcrafted breads for workshops, presentations, and panel discussions. PRE-REGISTRATION & PREPAYMENT ARE REQUIRED. The registration fee is $300 and includes all meals from Thursday breakfast through Friday lunch.
