The Local Butcher in Center Barnstead, NH is now taking appointments for the fall:
You are invited to The Local Butcher’s Open House on Saturday September 21, 2013 at 9:00 am.
There will be a tent setup, please feel free to bring a lawn chair and enjoy the event! We will begin with introductions at 9 am followed by a presentation from our guest speaker Eric Shelley, Meats Lab Manager from Suny Cobleskill College in New York. Eric will talk about understanding cut sheets, and there will be an opportunity to ask Eric questions after his presentation.
After the presentation we will give tours of the new facility.
