Plant Propagation
Nature’s Wonders, 550 Brackett Rd, Rye, NH
Wednesday, April 3, 2013
10 – 11:30 am or 3:30 – 5 pm

Learn how plants reproduce, using seeds, stem cuttings, layering and dividing. Each participant will bring home a few different plants and begin a life long skill of gardening–learning about the life cycle of plants as well as learning responsibility by taking care of them–and patience! There will also be time to play in the garden, look for worms or work in the green house.

There will also be some time for free play outside to dig for worms, play in the woods or work in the green house.

For children of all ages. Cost is $20 per class, registration required. Classes take place at Nature’s Wonders, 550 Brackett Rd, Rye, NH. Contact: Patricia Ritter, [email protected].
