Please join us and learn about former, current, and future activities at the Goss Farm, 251 Harbor Road in Rye on Saturday, April 12th, 12:30-2:30 at the farm (snow date April 13th).
Tracy Degnan from RCCD will review history of the farm and existing conservation initiatives. An inside look at the recently reconstructed historic barn will be offered, and perhaps a guest appearance from the builder, Ian Blackman. The new farmers, Sidewalk Farms, LLC, for the western field will be in attendance to discuss their plans, and with any luck our local bee guide will be on hand. Community gardeners or anyone interested in a tour are welcome. Wear appropriate clothing for a walking tour.
This project is supported by funds from the sale of the Conservation License Plate (Moose Plate) through the NH State Conservation Committee grant program.
