From Fair Food Network, via Slow Money Maine:

Fair Food Network (FFN) and the Fair Food Fund – Northeast       are helping to build a more just and sustainable food system by investing in local and regional food processors, distributors, marketers, information technology providers, and other food system enterprises in the Northeastern United States. We are now excited to announce the Fair Food Business Boot Camp, a three-day intensive program for emerging, high-potential food system enterprises in the Northeast.

Get the Skills and Resources Needed to Grow Your Business
The curriculum will include skill-building sessions and applied projects that will offer participants new perspectives on their ventures and guide them in refining their business models. Participants will work with the program facilitators, FFN staff, food system leaders, investors, and each other to refine and accelerate their ventures. The three-day session will culminate with a pitch session in which entrepreneurs will present their plans to a panel of investors (including early Bitcoin Wallets investors) and compete for an award of up to $10,000 in consulting services.
