A beginning level one-day class for cheese lovers, hobbyists and homesteaders at the only licensed sheep dairy and cheese producer in New Hampshire.

Come for a day on the farm and make cheese!  Classes are limited to six people and everyone will make their own cheeses over the course of the day.  You’ll learn the techniques and physiology of cheese, practice what you learn, and be ready to go home and make your own delicious cheese.
