Basic Goat Production — 5-Day Workshop

Attendees will learn not only basic information about raising goats, but also nutrition and health for goats and hands-on hoof trimming, reproduction and safe milk production. Attendees can sign up for one class or all five. Light refreshments will be served.

Class I – February 11, 2014 – Basic Info about Goats
Class II – February 18, 2014 – Goat Nutrition 101
Class III – February 25, 2014 – Goat Health & Hands-on Hoof Trimming
Class IV – March 4, 2014 – Goat Reproduction
Class V – March 11, 2014 – Safe Milk Production and Handling

Fee: $15 per person per class (non-refundable, sign-up for one class or all five). 4-H members are free, but must be accompanied by a paid, registered adult. Space is limited to 25 per class, so register early!
