Let’s keep Seacoast families warm and nourished!
Experience diverse teachers, allow the power of community to inspire you, and offer your efforts to keeping Seacoast families warm and nourished! Over 20 area yoga teachers will lead a class of 108 Sun Salutations, meditation, and joyful activism. You must pre-register to attend with a $30 donation.

Our goal is to raise $20,000 through this inspiring event. The money we raise will be donated to (H)EAT, Seacoast Local’s campaign to provide food and fuel assistance to area agencies. This year, we are also donating to Seacoast Eat Local’s program that brings SNAP (government food assistance for low-income families) to area farmers markets. This means that families who receive food assistance can make purchases at farmers’ markets, and the money goes directly to the farmer! Seacoast yogis are proud to support (H)EAT and SNAP at farmers’ markets.

Kids’ Yoga Mala!
Get your kids involved in keeping families warm and nourished this winter! Our second annual Kid’s Mala will run concurrently with the Yoga Mala at ChildLight Yoga in Dover. This 3 hour event is for all ages, and will include yoga poses, activities and learning! Please pre-register your kids with a $25 non-refundable donation to attend. For more info, contact [email protected].

How to take part in the Mala
First, register online and be sure to list your home studio. Then, print out a pledge form to collect pledges in addition to your registration fee. Donations can be made online, or checks made to (H)EAT and cash can be brought to the event. Ask your family, friends and co-workers to support you in keeping the Seacoast nourished and warm this winter! Great yoga prizes will be awarded to the top 3 fundraisers! All proceeds will go directly to (H)EAT and to Seacoast Eat Local’s campaign to bring SNAP to area farmers’ markets.

Students of all levels are encouraged to practice within their own abilities and to enjoy the energy of this uplifting and inspiring experience. Contact Erin Ehlers with questions: [email protected].
