We will cover a brief \u00a0history of fermentation and its influence on society, various basic recipes of favorite fermented foods and beverages, and sample a selection of fermented foods including locally made sourdough, raw cheese, cured meats, fermented veggies, and of course &#8211; kombucha! This will be both informational and hands on where you&#8217;ll learn about the basic tools and tricks for common recipes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When<\/strong>: Thursday March 21st from 6:30 &#8211; 8:00<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where<\/strong>: Auspicious Brew, 1 Washington St, Dover (front left corner of the mill)<\/p>\n<p><strong>What to bring:<\/strong>\u00a0This is an indoor event, just bring yourself!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional details:\u00a0<\/strong>Parking is available in front of the building and on the street. Please be aware there are a very limited number of free parking spaces. Plan on paying for parking on the street and give yourself plenty of time.
