Wild Brews: Exploring Fermented Beverages Workshop

Are you eager to deepen your knowledge of fermented beverages? Join us at Auspicious Brew on March 27th for an evening of discussion with Helen Leavitt, founder and head brewer of Auspicious Brew! This class will discuss brewing kombucha, herbal beers, and wild-fermented sodas at home. Helen will guide us through essential tools, fermentation techniques, carbonation tips, and safety protocols—covering a little bit of everything to get you started. Plus, each ticket includes a pint of Auspicious Brew’s own kombucha to enjoy! This session is perfect for novice brewers with previous knowledge of the basics of fermentation—questions and curiosity are strongly encouraged. Tickets will be on sale soon—stay tuned!

When: Thursday, March 27th from 6:00pm – 8:00pm

Where: Auspicious Brew, 1 Washington St, Dover (front left corner of the mill)

What to bring: This is an indoor event, just bring yourself!

Additional details: Parking is available in front of the building and on the street. Please be aware there are a very limited number of free parking spaces. Plan on paying for parking on the street and give yourself plenty of time. There are bathrooms accessible onsite.

Cancellation Policy: In order to receive a full refund, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the start of the event. If you notify us in less than 48 hours or do not come to the event, we are not able to refund your ticket purchase.
