Enter in one of four categories:
Best NH Made Macaroni & Cheese (applies to milk and cheese only) — Contestants entering this category must use milk and cheese from a NH dairy farm or cheese making facility. Ingredients such as butter, noodles, flour or other miscellaneous ingredients are not subject to the NH made requirement. Click here for a list of eligible NH made dairy products.
Best Traditional — Creamiest and Cheesiest Macaroni & Cheese — you know, the kind grandma use to make. Product not limited to NH Made dairy products. Any dairy brand may be used.
Most Creative or Exotic — There are no limits as long as the dish is macaroni and cheese based. We’re looking for creativity. Dish not limited to NH Made dairy products. Any dairy brand may be used.
Best Restaurant — Restaurant and cafés only; home chefs may not enter this category.
Grand Champion of Macaroni and Cheese: The 1st place winner of each category (“People’s Choice” included) will become a finalist and move on for their chance to be the overall “2013 Grand Champion of Macaroni and Cheese”.
Added bonus for contestants entering early: Complementary cheese is being offered by Cabot when you enter the competition — half of New Hampshire’s working dairy farms send milk to Cabot. Four varieties of Cabot cheese will be offered for each dish entered. A limit of 8 bars per entry. You may mix and match your choices. Entry Deadline for free cheese is January 4th Entries received after January 4th are not eligible to receive cheese. $10.00 non-refundable entry fee.
