We are a small family owned farm raising goats located in rural Lee NH. From their milk we produce cheeses, yo-goat-gurt, fudges, and soaps. We only use our own milk so that we have complete control over their feed, housing and care, and especially mints. Our raw cheeses are aged in our cheese cave (on site) for a minimum of two months. We are a state registered and inspected dairy.
