Get a jump on the canning season with Savory Herb, Pepper and Garlic Jellies — this hands-on class will take you through the basics of canning:

$5 + $15 materials fee

Herbs, sweet and hot peppers, onions and garlic can all be preserved in jams and jellies. These spreads can be used as a glaze on meats or an appetizer served with soft cheese. Come learn about the versatility of savory jams and jellies in this hands-on class. Participants will receive recipes and a jar of savory jelly. Please bring a potholder with you to class. Class size is limited to 12.
