Eating local food is a daily enjoyable and necessary affair. For consumers and growers alike, finding the right markets may be overwhelming. Local food growers and producers of fruit, veggies, meat, fish and other specialties food will benefit in attending the workshop. During this session we’ll examine market diversification and options and explore innovative marketing strategies. At the end of the day, you’ll be eager to get a head start on the next season.
