Zoe Keefer-Norris, Education Director at the Museums of Old York, will instruct in the preparation of a meal using Dutch ovens, the beehive oven, and the arm over the fire. While the meal will consist of traditional 18th century recipes, the cooking techniques learned can be adapted for cooking modern recipes on a home hearth, or campfire.
Course fee: $35.
