Join award-winning chef/instructor Oonagh for a gluten free cooking/baking class. Since the kitchen at Exeter is not a gluten free facility, Chef Oonagh will bring her own equipment and all the ingredients each night. Dairy free dishes and recipes can be made based on course enrollment and student allergies. Participants will choose recipes at the first class and have the chance to taste everything.
