Few things smell better than fresh bread baking in the oven and when you add a wood fired oven to the equation it can be intoxicating. Join us as we prepare a harvest supper with locally grown food, cooked in two wood fired ovens. Participants will learn basic wood-oven techniques including firing of the ovens; cooking with locally grown foods; and the art of bread baking. You will enjoy a three course harvest dinner and take home a loaf of organic bread, fresh from the oven. Class size is limited to the first 10 paid registrants.
