Diane Schivera, MOFGAs organic livestock specialist, and poultry processing professionals will guide participants through safely and humanely processing live birds into oven-ready roasters. Workshop covers poultry management, equipment, food safety. Please bring a kitchen knife and apron. $30 fee includes a bird to take home. Limit: 15 participants.
