Please join us for an evening of unique culinary collaboration. The evening will feature 5 beers brewed exclusively for this dinner. Chef Segal’s 5-course local harvest menu will pair perfectly with the flavors of the beers, which have been brewed with botanicals, fruits and vegetables harvested from the grounds of Strawbery Banke Museum and local farms.
