Everything Apple! Making Cider, Hard Cider & Vinegar
Seacoast Permaculture Group & NOFA-NH
Madbury, NH
Sunday, October 21, 2012
12 – 3 pm
Join Lauren Winterholer to learn apple pressing, cider and hard cider making, and make your own apple cider vinegar!
We are charging for this on a sliding scale of $10-15.
As this is another one with materials costs, we need a $5 deposit in order to keep your spot for you. It will be non-refundable, though it can be transferred to someone else if you can find another person to take your place. Please make out a check to Lauren Winterholer and send it to Amy Antonucci, 219 France Rd, Barrington NH 03825… this is due to us by October 1.
Co-sponsored by NOFA-NH and the Greater Seacoast Permaculture Group. This class is part of our Food Preservation Series which has included or will have classes on Garden Planning for Canning, Water Bath Canning, Lactofermenting & Everything Apple.
