A free movie series from the Food and Health Forum, beginning with a showing of Hungry for Change on Monday, July 23rd, from 7 to 9pm at the Blue Moon Evolution in Exeter:

Join us this summer as we convert Blue Moon Evolution into a movie theater! We will feature two “foodie” movies and enjoy some organic popcorn and lemonade. Each movie will follow up with a discussion about how we can support a healthier community.

Hungry for Change, from the creators of Food Matters, takes a look at how food is your true medicine and the key to good health. The film features bestselling authors and leading medical experts on the cutting edge of nutritional science, with information on:

– “DIET”, “SUGAR-FREE” and “FAT-FREE” products,
– How to navigate your supermarket
– Why fad diets don’t work
– What is fat and cellulite and how do we get rid of it for good
