Join us this summer for one of UNH Cooperative Extension’s home food preservation workshops! We’ll cover the latest research-based methods and recipes, answer questions, and share experiences about these topics: an overview of preserving food safely at home, jams and jellies, pickling, canning fruits and vegetables, freezing and drying foods. This workshop is presented by Deb Maes, Field Specialist, Food and Agriculture.

Cost: $5.00 per person, register ahead but pay at the door
