Backyard Homesteading Chicken Processing Workshop

Two classes: 8 – 10 am or 11am – 1pm
This workshop is for anyone considering or already raising chickens for meat. You will learn to kill, de-feather, and process a live chicken in a humane and efficient manner. You will leave the workshop with practical skills, self-confidence and a chicken for your Sunday dinner.
