Leafy greens such as kale, chard, dandelion greens, and arugula are some of the first foods the harvest brings. These bitter greens help cleanse and detoxify the body after a long winter of heavy foods. In this 2-hour cooking class you will learn some simple ways to enjoy smoothies and salads along with recipes and instruction on how to saute, steam, and store these super nourishing greens to bring out their sweet flavors and healing properties. Participants will enjoy a light dinner at Blue Moon Evolution.
