The Winter Farmers’ Market is shedding its winter coat! Join us at the Indoor Farmers’ Market this Saturday, March 10th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Wentworth Greenhouses in Rollinsford. Kale will be the featured vegetable, with Jennifer Purrenhage of Get Well Grounded and Erin Allgood of Allgood Eats returning to the market for another cooking demonstration. Stop by for a sample or two of their wonderful kale cookery, and learn how to turn this hardy, nutritious green into something delectable.
