“Food for Thought” Lecture Series at UNH Manchester

This spring, UNH Manchester is offering a free lecture and film series exploring the topic of food and health. This Sidore Lecture series, which began in September, is entitled, “Food For Thought: An exploration of what we eat and the impact on people and our planet”, and includes the following events:

Demystifying Gluten

Forks Over Knives Film Screening
Thursday, March 22, 6 – 8:30 p.m.

Tuesday, April 3, 3 p.m.

Ben Hewitt: The Future’s in the Dirt
Thursday, April 5, 2012, 6:30 – 8 p.m.

True Tales of Cures Without Drugs
