Share Your Love Dinner, February 8

Proceeds from the 8th Annual Share Your Love Dinner, sponsored by Share Our Strength Seacoast, will go to supporting Cooking Matters nutrition education classes. This year’s event is hosted by Ben Hasty’s new When Pigs Fly Pizzeria in Kittery, ME, and takes place on Wednesday, February 8, from 6:30 to 10 p.m. Local chefs from The Black Birch, Anneke Jans and Street are also in the line-up for an amazing 5-course dinner with wine pairings. Tickets are available online, come out for a fun evening and share your love:

Tickets are now on sale for the 8th annual Share Your Love dinner to support local Cooking Matters nutrition education classes. This hands-on program empowers families with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to prepare healthy and affordable meals. Thanks to our generous sponsors and volunteer chefs, 100% of your ticket proceeds go directly to this program.

This will be another fabulous five-course culinary event with wine pairings thanks to top chefs from hot new local restaurants — Ben Hasty’s new Pigs Fly Pizzeria, The Black Birch, Anneke Jans, Street and Beach Pea. The dinner is Wednesday, February 8th from 6:30-10 at When Pigs Fly Pizzeria on Route 1 in Kittery, ME. Last year, tickets for this amazing event sold out in record time, so don’t wait — visit and we’ll see you there!

We also want to take this opportunity to thank you for your support.  By coming to our 2011 events — Share Your Love and/or Taste of the Nation, you helped us raise a record $140,000 to help nonprofit organizations at the forefront of connecting hungry children with healthy food where they live, learn and play, on the Seacoast, across New Hampshire and beyond.
