Brookford Farm’s 2nd Annual Quark Festival

Save the date for Brookford Farm’s 2nd Annual Quark Festival, coming Sunday, October 9th! Last year’s event drew more than a thousand fans of Quark, a farm fresh soft cheese, and Brookford Farm is looking for volunteers to help make this year’s festival just as successful:

2nd Annual Quark Festival
Brookford Farm, Sligo Road, Rollinsford, NH
Sunday, October 9, 2011
10:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Join us out at the farm this Columbus Day Weekend for the Quark Festival —  a celebration of real food, local culture, and the harvest. Last year, the festival was a huge success — we counted more than a thousand people — and we expect it to be even bigger this year. You’ll find local, organic, delicious food, as well as great local performers, artists, workshops, crafts, and games for kids of all ages. Cow pie bingo, anyone?

Think you’d like to get involved? We’re looking for volunteers for before, during, and after the festival, and you can find our volunteer sign-up on our festival website. We’re also looking for sponsors, vendors, musicians, and performers of all kinds, so if you know someone who might be interested, please send them along, too. Thanks!
