2011 Applecrest Farm Dinner Series with Chef Mary Dumont
Applecrest Farm, Hampton Falls, NH
Sunday, July 17, 2011
4–10 p.m.
Tickets: $150 per person

“Dining as close to the land, trees and sea as possible”

Chef Dumont and Todd Wagner of Applecrest Farm, both grew up in Hampton Falls, and are proponents of local and sustainable cuisine and farming practices. Over the years, the topic of teaming up to do farm dinners had always come up in conversation, and what better way to support an idea and a town that they both love than to invite a ton of their friends, new and old, to dine with us in the orchard and under the stars.

Each dinner throughout the summer and into the fall will be a different theme and with different guest chefs and partners. We hope you can make all of them.

Cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and a hayride tour of the farm will be followed by a 4-course meal paired with wines Sweet Baby Vineyards and beer from Peak Organic Brewing Company andThrowback Brewery—all served in Nature’s dining room under the stars.

$150 ~ All food, beverages and gratuity included. Seating is limited and reservations are required. To purchase tickets: http://csa.farmigo.com/store/applecrest.

A portion of the proceeds will go to supporting the great causes of Future Chefs, Lovin’ Spoonfuls, and Seacoast Eat Local!
